Job Purpose
GuardianFM is seeking a skilled Software Developer with deep expertise in mobile and web application development to join its new digital division focused on secure systems and cyber-resilient software solutions. The successful candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, secure digital platforms that support our facilities management
operations and cyber security offerings across the UK and international markets.

 

Key Responsibilities
Application Development

● Develop modular, scalable codebases with built-in controls to handle user authentication, secure storage, encrypted communication, and session integrity

● Contribute to the technical design of secure systems tailored to client needs in regulated environments (e.g., facilities management, logistics, training services)

● Implement front-end and back-end logic ensuring platform responsiveness, data integrity, and security across devices
Security-Focused Programming

● Apply secure development lifecycle principles from design through deployment, including input validation, access control, and risk mitigation in logic layers

● Integrate security testing into the development workflow, including unit testing, code coverage tracking, and use of CI/CD pipelines

● Collaborate with client security teams to identify vulnerabilities and proactively implement remediation during development stages
System Integration and Delivery

● Support the deployment of systems that interact with third-party APIs, secure dashboards, and data collection platforms

● Optimise app performance and security across platforms, particularly Android-based environments

● Maintain documentation for code, system architecture, and security practices to ensure audit readiness and traceability
Stakeholder Collaboration and Technical Support

● Work closely with client teams for code reviews, technical briefings, and solution workshops to align software outputs with business goals

● Provide ongoing support for performance monitoring, patching, and secure feature enhancements

Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related subject

● Extensive professional experience in mobile and web software development with a focus on secure applications

● Proven experience implementing secure coding practices and application-level protections in data-sensitive environments

● Strong understanding of secure app lifecycle, including integration of CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile risk mitigation

● Familiarity with cyber security principles, especially for mobile environments and cloud-connected applications

● International exposure to product delivery, particularly across UK or similar compliance-led markets

● Excellent technical documentation and cross-functional communication skills

GuardianFM is seeking a skilled Management Consultant to provide expert advice and consultancy services across its expanding portfolio of operations, including facilities management, risk services, and secure digital systems. This role focuses on analysing organisational processes, improving service delivery frameworks, and advising on strategic expansion into international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy and Management Advisory

● Provide professional consultancy to senior management on corporate growth, sector development, and competitive positioning

● Evaluate business models and design structured service improvement plans aligned with strategic objectives and operational goals

● Advise on multi-service delivery strategies that enhance GuardianFM’s core business offerings, including digital system consultancy and cyber-resilient service delivery

● Conduct business impact assessments and support investment planning to strengthen the company’s service base across target regions


Organisational Review and Service Improvement

● Act as an organisational consultant, analysing workflows, reporting structures, and internal coordination systems to improve operational effectiveness

● Develop and recommend management procedures to optimise cross-functional service delivery across both traditional and digital operations

● Provide expert guidance on aligning service operations with regulatory and industry standards, including those relevant to cyber services and international project execution

● Support change implementation by advising teams on organisational readiness, communication plans, and service continuity models


International Market Development and Regulatory Planning

● Advise on international market entry strategy, including legal, regulatory, and operational factors affecting expansion into UAE and Gulf markets

● Provide consultancy on compliance frameworks, business structuring, and service localisation to support global delivery objectives

● Collaborate with partners, advisers, and overseas authorities to establish a compliant, scalable, and sustainable operating model abroad

● Ensure that the management advice provided aligns with relevant governance standards, data protection laws, and regional service mandates


Performance Monitoring and Executive Reporting

● Recommend and implement performance evaluation tools to support decision-making by directors and senior executives

● Use benchmarking and comparative analysis to assess GuardianFM’s performance within local and international service sectors

● Advise on risk management strategies and the development of internal controls to safeguard service reliability and commercial integrity

Qualifications and Experience

● Degree in Law, Business Management, Legal Studies, Organisational Strategy, or a closely related field

● Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in a management consultancy or strategic advisory role

● Proven track record advising businesses on organisational performance, service delivery models, and business transformation

● Strong background in advising on compliance, operational structuring, and cross-border business frameworks

● Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to present complex advice to directors and stakeholders
